|
|
Hi
On most/many facebook chronics only the header, friends, favorites, etc.
get downloaded and nothing or only 1 or 2 posts from the timeline.
I currently have to use sitedelta, are you working on the possibility
to specify the amount of timeline/sitearea to download or to just
download the entire timeline/page?
If this is possible with the integrated ie and it already works in your
betas i'd like to have one
Edit: tried with wsw11/12, xp and w7, ie8 and ie9 |

Do you have a concrete URL that shows this problem. Seems that my facebook test pages work correctly with v12.0...
For facebook pages I'm dependent from IE and I can only take the posts that IE provides. _________________ Martin Aignesberger [SUPPORT] |

http://www.facebook.com/P.KebelL or
http://www.facebook.com/aaron.walters.58
(the first wsw page is here:
http://207.210.65.139/test_page.zip)
On the timeline it seems to be normal in a browser that
older posts or even the new posts load only if you scroll
down. With a larger screen resolution in portrait mode
(instead of landscape) there's more from the page
already on the screen and loads automatically without
scrolling. If the page window is considerably zoomed out
the entire page will load if it fits the height of the screen.
From what i've read you're using an off screen invisible
ie window for download, it would be great if we could
specify the height or zoom. Only if it actually helps of course.
I also tried on a third system here so it's unlikely a problem
with my config. Would be great if we can find a solution. |

Thanks, I could reproduce it now.
We'll try to implement a function that simulates Page-Down scrolling, then older posts will also be included in the checked page. _________________ Martin Aignesberger [SUPPORT] |

Thanks a lot, i'll check for updates frequently. If it's fixable
is the estimate in the next months/weeks? Even with macros
monitoring with sitedelta is very slow compared to your
offline solution. |

The solution will be implemented into the next version 12.1, but I cannot provide an ETA yet. _________________ Martin Aignesberger [SUPPORT] |
