This page requires Javascript which is not supported by the "Default" checking method.
Please use this configuration to get it working:
1. Open the bookmark properties
2. Select the "Check" tab
3. Select the check technology "Internet Explorer / Browser"
Then the drivers should be displayed. _________________ Martin Aignesberger [SUPPORT] |

Thanks for your answer
I checked technology "Internet Explorer / Browser"
Unfortunately, the Drivers are not displayed
I see the Manuals in the TEXT tab but not the drivers.
The url is in fact the same for the manuals, the drivers and software
Here is the english link for better comprehension : http://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/LS27A850DS/ZA |

OK, tried the new URL. Seems that the downloads are hidden via CSS and you don't need the checking method IE/Browser, it should also work with the default checking method.
Do you see the drivers when you open the page in the TEXT tab? if so, you can either always open the page in TEXT mode (bookmark properties + Advanced + Options) or ignore CSS definitions at all (bookmark properties + Advanced + Troubleshooting). _________________ Martin Aignesberger [SUPPORT] |

This is a new feature in WSW 2012. In 11.5 you can only ignore CSS definitions to see that content.
Here you have to record an IE-Macro and select the OS there. Then enable IFRAMES checking in the bookmark properties and also disable CSS definitions (or automatically open the page in the TEXT tab if you use WSW 2012). _________________ Martin Aignesberger [SUPPORT] |
