Autowatch options are grayed out and can be changed in all my bookmarks properties (old or new bookmarks).
Why ?

ehm, I assume you mean "can't be changed" ?
Do you probably use the Basic Edition where AutoWatch is not available?
Or if you use the Personal or Business Edition, do you have AutoWatch configured in your folder properties (under "Assign bookmark properties") with the option "Disable appropriate properties in bookmark dialog"? This would also grey out these AutoWatch options in the bookmark dialog.

I use the Personal Edition, i configured properly the Bookmarks folder properties and it's OK now.
