Hello,

I have a problem since few weeks : the autowatch doesn't finish its work : it is blocked at 100%, but it appears that no email are sent (probably there was no email to send) but it does not start a new cycle or watch.
Thus, my bookmarks are not monitored since friday probably.

The check > abort button does not work too. it looks like WSW is crashed.

i don't have made changes in the program recently.

The only way to restart the Autowatch, is to kill and restart WSW.

is there a way to find if it is one of my bookmarks that blocked the WSW or the configuration, or something else ?

i used the 12.0 version, in business edition (but i just noticed it is expired, i will renew it today).
i have 3914 bookmarks in the autowatch folder, with 58493 bookmarks in the all bookmarks folder. the trash is empty.
i kept the error log report if it is usefull.

any idea ?

If you have an error log, please send it by e-mail and add a short note to that thread.

Can you still reproduce it when you restart WSW or your Windows? And do you get a crash when AutoWatch hangs at 100%? Or is WSW no longer responsive?

Hi Martin,

I sent you the report log through the ticket system on your website. Hope it will help.

I don't manage to reproduce the problem, but it has already happended twice in 15 days, but during this period, WSW performed numerous autowatch cycles.
To describe better the bug, WSW is responsive, i can watch bookmarks or verify parameters.
However the autowatch is blocked : i can't click on the autowatch icon, and clicking on the abort button is not working. Email are not sent and other bookmarks are not checked.

Thanks. Not sure if this crash is related to that AutoWatch behavior, but please send it again as soon as it happens again.

When it happens again, then
1) Download this tool: http://www.aignes.com/download/madtraceprocess.zip
2) Start it, select "wswatch.exe", then click OK.
3) Send the resulting report by e-mail
4) Repeat step 2) and 3) two or three times, then I have something to compare

Probably I can see with that report where WSW hangs...
