does backup feature for bookmarks also save there settings?

I just wondered what exactly is saved using the backup feature (bookmarks vs. setting). Or to be more specific: Does 'backup -> bookmarks' also save the settings assosiated with the folders/bookmarks'? I assume so, but wanted to get sure. Thanks Chris

Backup bookmarks - will backup all bookmarks with bookmark properties, folders and downloaded files.

Backup program configuration - will backup the program configuration (Options + Program option), window sizes, column widths, toolbar configuration, etc.
