Print notes
Variables in the Header/Footer line:
Header and Footer for notes lines can be configured in "File + Page Setup" and may contain the following variables:
- &p ... page number
- &P ... count of pages
- &d ... current date
- &t ... current time
- &n ... file name of the note
- &fn ... folder + filename of the note
