Xpdf is an open source PDF viewer and contains several programs, among others the file pdftotext.exe to convert Pdf files into text files. Download the whole ZIP package and install it into a separate folder.
Steps in WebSite-Watcher:
1. Open the program configuration
2. Select the "Advanced" tab
3. Select "Third-Party-Tools" on the left side
4. Enter Path+Filename to pdftotext.exe
Steps in Local Website Archive:
1. Open the program configuration
2. Select the "PDF" tab
3. Enter Path+Filename to pdftotext.exe

Virtual PDF-Printer for use with Local Website Archive. You only have to install one Virtual PDF-Printer. If you already have installed a Virtual PDF-Printer on your system, there is no need to install an additional PDF-Printer.

PDFCreator is a free open source tool to create PDF files from nearly any Windows application. Simply download and install the whole package. After installation you can print/save PDF files from any application via the Print functionality into a pre-defined folder. On startup, Local Website Archive will import the PDF files from that pre-defined folder. |
