Synchronize bookmark files

The Synchronize feature synchronizes the currently opened bookmark file with a selected target bookmark file.WebSite-Watcher synchronizes folders, bookmarks with all configurations and downloaded cache files.

WebSite-Watcher can optionally perform the following operations:

If bookmarks have been moved to other folders, WebSite-Watcher will synchronize these movements. This step is always executed, independently from the selected options.

WebSite-Watcher uses the "last check" date as reference date. The bookmark that is more up to date will be copied to the other bookmark file.

This option works only if deleted bookmarks are available in the trash. If you work with the Synchronize feature, you should definitely keep deleted bookmarks in the trash for a fair number of days. The number of days can be configured in the program configuration.
