WebSite-Watcher supports an automated checking method called AutoWatch, which monitors Bookmarks automatically based on predefined time settings. You can enable this mode with the AutoWatch button in the toolbar.

Here you can define whether and how often a Bookmark is checked when WebSite-Watcher is running in AutoWatch mode.

Automatic check interval

The option "Automatic check interval" allows WebSite-Watcher to use optimized check intervals automatically, based on previous updates.

Frequently updated pages are checked more often, while pages that remain unchanged for months are checked less often. This option is intended for Bookmarks where it is not critical to receive an update notification immediately.

The minimum and maximum intervals can be defined in the program configuration.
