The following options can be used if a downloaded page cannot be displayed correctly:


  • Ignore CSS definitions
    If this option is enabled, all CSS definitions in the downloaded page are ignored.

  • Ignore text colors
    If this option is enabled, all text colors in the downloaded page are ignored.

  • Ignore background colors
    If this option is enabled, all background colors in the downloaded page are ignored.

  • Do not ignore NOSCRIPT parts
    By default, WebSite-Watcher does not support Javascript and related NOSCRIPT parts. Errors often occur in NOSCRIPT sections because they are usually not tested. If a page can only be displayed with Javascript, use the check technology Browser.

  • Do not optimize for offline browsing
    Enable this option only if WebSite-Watcher has problems optimizing a page for offline browsing.
