I have lost my license key. Must I register again?
There are two ways you can try to get a lost license key back:
| 1. | Recommended: Download your license key directly from your Share-It (MyCommerce) Account at https://account.mycommerce.com |
| 2. | Contact us by e-mail and provide us with your ShareIt order number or the e-mail address you have used in your order. Then we'll try to send your license key by e-mail (see note below). |

Please note:
As an European company we are not allowed to save personal data forever. If your order is no longer saved in our system, we are not able to resend your license key. In that case you can send us a copy of the invoice, then we will be able to generate a new license key for you.
